Zairyu Techo (“the app”) is developed by RUI. This policy explains how the app handles your data.
Data we collect
The app does not collect any personal data and does not require an account. We run no servers and cannot see anything you record in the app.
Where your data is stored
- Your residence details, deadlines, payment records, receipt photos, checklists and application forms are stored on your device.
- If you turn on iCloud sync in Settings, this data is also stored in the private iCloud space of your own Apple Account (a CloudKit private database) to sync between your devices. Apple holds this data under its own privacy policy, and the developer cannot access it.
- Deleting the app deletes the data on your device. You can manage and delete iCloud data under Settings → your name → iCloud on your iPhone.
Device features
- Camera and Photos: used only when you take or choose a photo of a receipt or certificate. Dates and amounts are read on your device, and images are never sent to us.
- Notifications: deadline reminders are scheduled on your device and do not pass through any server.
- Face ID: used only to unlock the app. Biometric data is handled by iOS and cannot be read by the app.
Third-party services
The app uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Purchases are handled by Apple’s App Store, and we never receive your payment details.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
